By purchasing photographs from Twisted-Lens, customers acknowledge that:

• Images may include individuals who were photographed candidly in public places.

• Twisted-Lens retains all copyrights and ownership of all photographs unless otherwise agreed in writing.

• The purchase of a photograph grants only the usage rights specifically described at the time of sale and does not transfer copyright ownership.

• Photographs may not be used in a manner that is defamatory, misleading, unlawful or that falsely implies endorsement by any person depicted.

• Twisted-Lens reserves the right to remove, withhold or discontinue the sale of any image at its sole discretion
